Be an agent of change
Use your talents to help create an abuse-free society for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Investments don’t always come in the form of money—the gift of your time is just as valuable. That’s why Thrive offers a variety of volunteer opportunities for you to share your skills and passion to make a difference in our community.

Ways to get involved
Thrift to Thrive
Help us get our thrift store up and running! We could use support with manual labor, interior design, collecting and sorting donations, and finding free shelving and displays.
Community Skill Share Program
Do you have a skill you can teach to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities? Group classes and one-on-one support helps our clients with IDD develop skills like money management, social skills, arts and crafts, and computer skills. If you have a skill or passion you'd like to share, contact us to design a workshop!
Fundraising and Events
Share your skills and expertise by helping us raise funds to support our vital programs! Research new funding opportunities, support individual fundraisers, or assist with the marketing of our events.
Staff Support
Make your own schedule and use your skills to help our staff! From administrative support, accounting, IT, legal services, public relations, teaching arts and crafts, research support, HR, to graphic design, there are many ways you can put your experience to good use and help us.
